The ideal candidate must have the capacity to take care of the company’s entire accounting infrastructure while proposing new ways of solving old problems. A CPA license and a proven track of achievements, preferably in the eCommerce industry, is a must for success in this position. Responsibilities Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing budget and financial reports. Perform monthly expense variance analysis.Perform budgeting consolidation, inter-company transactions reports and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.Interface with management in various departments, including our company counterparts in China.Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.Manage and direct all of company’s system of accounts and keep books and records on all company transactions in an accurate and timely manner.Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial statements are processed accurately.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.Prepare ad-hoc reports and engage in special projects for management.Interface with stakeholders to obtain relevant information and create synergies.Continually review and challenge current processes with an objective to create efficiencies. QualificationsRequirements Bachelors in Accounting. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license. 5 year of accounting experience in a corporate environment.Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
